how do i upgrade or downgrade my plan?

open dashboard → billing & invoices, then choose adjust plan. changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.

how do i update my payment method?

dashboard → billing & invoices → update. you'll be redirected to our secure billing portal.

can i get a refund?

yes — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. email support@hellocode.ai.

how do i cancel my subscription?

dashboard → billing & invoices → manage subscription → cancel. you keep access until the end of the billing period.

how do i invite teammates?

create a team from the sidebar, open members, and generate a one-time invite code. share it — your teammate redeems it from their members page.

how do i change a member's role?

members → choose a row → select the new role from the dropdown. owners can change anyone; admins can change non-owners.

how do i remove a member?

members → click remove on the row. they immediately lose access to the team's projects.

is my code used to train ai models?

no. your code is never used to train public models. we have zero-retention agreements with every model provider.

which integrations are supported?

how do cloud agents work?

long-running tasks run in isolated sandboxes with your repo cloned in. results stream back to your editor in real time.

what platforms are supported?

macos (apple silicon + intel), windows 10/11 (x64 + arm64), and major linux distributions (deb, rpm, appimage).

can i import my vs code settings?

yes — on first launch, hellocode offers to import your vs code extensions, themes, and keybindings.

do you work offline?

the editor works offline. ai features require a connection to our gateway.
